What are the different payment methods?
We accept cash, bank transfer or PayNow.
What currency do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept either SGD or THB.
Do I have to make payment immediately?
No, you do not need to make the full payment. You only need to pay half of the amount 2 week prior to your trip and the remainder on the day we pick you up.
Are there any hidden cost?
No, there are no hidden cost. You will be charge based on your daily usuage.
Can I request an English/Chinese interpreter during our trip?
Yes, an interpreter is available for hire. Just let us know and we will arrange it for you.
I am travelling with a child, is there baby seat available?
Yes, we have baby seat available.
